Please know that each prosthesis we make is customized. Even the two prostheses given to you will not match exactly. And they should not if you want a realistic look. You should also know that two prostheses are provided with the custom designed nipple prosthesis so that when pictures are taken and we need to change the color, one of the prostheses serves as a color reference while the other can be compared to the difference in the photo and can be changed. Please note that if multiple changes are made, or there is uncertainty during fabrication, we may make one prosthesis one color, and the other prosthesis another color with the thought that one of them will match closer than the other. Our biggest challenge is that it is difficult to color match in person. It is even more difficult to color match via the internet. Please have reasonable expectations.

All Custom Nipple Prosthesis and Nipple Cover orders may be returned once in order to change the color within 90 days of the purchase date. The shape cannot be changed. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the prostheses for a 75% refund.

All Custom Nipple Prostheses with On-site Color Matching orders may be returned once in order to change the color within 90 days of the purchase date. The shape cannot be changed. If you are not satisfied with our product, you may return the prostheses for a 75% refund.

All Custom Nipple Prostheses with Online Color Matching orders purchased on www.NippleProsthetics.com will be partially satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days from initial purchase date. Purchaser pays return shipping. Returns are only allowed on undamaged products. Your customized nipple prostheses can be replaced or modified once at no additional cost, or 75% refunded (because all our products are custom made). If you would like to return them again, the shape cannot be changed again, however, you can change the color. If you are still not satisfied after one replacement or modification, you will be issued a 60% refund on your customized nipple prostheses. All replacements and modifications will be shipped in priority mail. Returns and refunds are available within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not be issued until Custom DME, LLC receives your custom nipple prostheses.

Although nipple prostheses made with polyurethane and silicone rubbers are able to adhere to the skin for weeks, it is to the discretion of the purchaser to determine the amount of time of application. Some customers only wear their prostheses for one day, others prefer longer.
